Professionally qualified, (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A+) with over 27 years of experience in all aspects of ICT; from computer support, repairs, and system building to administering networks. I repair and maintain anything to do with computers, laptops, servers and networks; I also offer ICT consultancy and ICT training.

I have previously worked in ICT in further education, private sector, and the third sector in North Wales, via these jobs, and the training and experience gained, I am highly experienced in all aspects of ICT. My experience includes computer servicing, system building, domain administration, infrastructure, system and data security, consultancy work, staff training, social media, management, procurement, and internet marketing.

I am considered a good communicator, and have run staff training for small businesses and organisations, fields covered have included; computer basics, data security and protection, internet marketing and social networking. For home users I am asked to teach many things from basic computer use, Microsoft office, digital photography, to data backup etc.

I trade via my reputation and try to offer a friendly pleasant experience, I don't hide behind technical jargon, I try and make you the customer, understand your ICT.

For businesses and organisations I cover all of North and Mid Wales.

For home users I am based in the Cerrigydrudion area, and operate within the Corwen, Llangollen, Bala, Betws y Coed, Llanrwst, and Ruthin rural area for computer servicing and repairs, or any other home service. Most jobs can be done on site quickly, for full rebuilds and hardware damage or lengthy jobs i will need the equipment, and will return it when the work is complete. A5PC is a mobile service, I will visit you, and initial visits can be outside normal working hours to fit in with your work commitments.
